A Message From Our Founder
Siomara Wedderburn
Siomara Wedderburn is a dedicated youth advocate, counselor, and the founder of Be Inc., a platform focused on supporting the mental health and well-being of marginalized communities. With over two decades of experience in child welfare, mental health, and trauma-informed care, she leads with compassion, empathy, and a commitment to fostering thriving families.
Siomara is available for speaking engagements, sharing her expertise and inspiring healing-centered approaches to care and advocacy.
Our Programs
Through holistic, healing-centered events and practices, we aim to support children, youth and families so they can thrive in their homes and communities.
Thrive Family Cafes
Join us for monthly gatherings, honoring the power of community and collective wisdom. Children in grades K-5 participate in their own socio-emotional learning workshops. Teens explore topics of interest in a Teen Talk Group. There is something for the entire family.
Registration
Holiday Party
Join us for our Annual Holiday Party to celebrate the season. Family fun, portraits, games and of course, good food. Pre-registration is required to attend. This event is open to all families who attend Family Cafes.
